We have ziess MEL- 90 Eximer laser , this is the most advance, latest and updated version . the fifth machine ordered in India . We also have the gold standard Pentacam , for complete anterior segment analysis, which inform us if the patient is fit for lasik or not . Laser Planet is the only center which has pentacam in nearby districts . For customized treatment , we have Ziess Atlas CRS master with topoline . The center is also equiped with Topcon Mastero O C T to complete the list required for any refractive procedure. Dr. Amit is currently working in prestigious Gandhi Eye Hospital as senior Vitreo- Retinal surgeon. Dr. Amit Gupta practices refractive surgeries at Laser Planet at Ramghat Road, Aligarh. He has completed MBBS from S.N Medical College in 2004 and MS - Ophthalmology from Government Medical College, Bhavnagar in 2008. He has done long term Vitreo retina fellowship from Aravind Eye Hospital , Coimbatore. Thereafter he worked as Vitreo retinal consultant in Aravind Eye Hospital for 3 years before joining Gandhi Eye Hospital , Aligarh.

Work Experience

ईश्वर की असीम अनुकंपा , मेरे माता-पिता व गुरुजनों के आशीर्वाद और परिवार के सहयोग से आज मुझे अलीगढ़ में व गांधी हॉस्पिटल में 10 साल पूर्ण हो रहे हैं। यह सफर बहुत ही शानदार रहा जिसमें हमने गांधी हॉस्पिटल में विश्वस्तरीय रेटीना क्लिनिक की स्थापना की व लेजर प्लेनेट पर एक विश्व स्तरीय रिफ्रैक्टिव केंद्र की स्थापना की। इस दौरान हमने लगभग 1 लाख से अधिक मरीजों का ओपीडी में परीक्षण किया और उपचार किया । हमने लगभग 21000 से अधिक प्रोसीजर्स को परफॉर्म किया जिसमें से गांधी आई में ही लगभग 17000 से अधिक विभिन्न प्रोसीजर किए जिसमे मुख्यतः प्रीमियम IOLs (3700) , 6211 रेटीना सर्जरी ( VRS , SOR, SFIOL) , 3537 इंट्राविट्रील injections , 2852 Green laser व 920 penetrating ocular trauma के ऑपरेशन व अन्य कई मिसलेनियस ऑपरेशन किये। लेजर प्लेनेट पर लगभग 2000 रिफ्रैक्टिव सर्जरी जिसमें लेसिक , PRK , रिफ्रैक्टिव लेंस एक्सचेंज, ICL / IPCL आदि कीये । गीता आई हॉस्पिटल सिरसागंज में भी रेटीना क्लिनिक की स्थापना कर लगभग 2500 रेटिना प्रोसीजर्स को किया । पूर्व में अरविंद आई हॉस्पिटल, कोयंबटूर, तमिलनाडु में भी लगभग 2200 रेटीना सर्जरी का अनुभव प्राप्त कर गांधी आई हॉस्पिटल को ज्वाइन किया था । मै अपने उन सभी मरीजों का आभारी हूं, जिन्होंने मुझ पर भरोसा किया और मुझे इलाज व ऑपरेशन करने का अवसर दिया। मैं आप सभी को प्रणाम करता हूं यदि मुझसे कोई त्रुटि हुई हो तो उसके लिए क्षमा प्रार्थी हूं । आप सभी मुझ पर अपना भरोसा व विश्ववास सदैव ऐसे ही बनाए रखना। हमने निरंतर प्रयास किया कि हम गांधी अस्पताल व लेजर प्लेनेट पर एक अफॉर्डेबल और क्वालिटी ट्रीटमेंट को अपने मरीज को प्रदान कर सके । इस दौरान हमने रेटीना क्लीनिक की स्थापना की व हमें गांधी हॉस्पिटल के सभी पदाधिकारियों का, डॉक्टरों का, स्टाफ का भरपूर योगदान मिला । मैं आप सभी को कोटि कोटि धन्यवाद देता हूं, हम लोगों ने एक टीम की तरह अपने अस्पताल को और अस्पताल में आने वाले मरीजों को लाभान्वित किया । यह निश्चित रूप से एक टीमवर्क था जिसमें अस्पताल के सभी पदाधिकारी डॉक्टर व स्टाफ , चाहे वह सफाई कर्मचारी हो, ओपीडी स्टाफ हो, ओटी स्टाफ हो, सभी ने अपनी सामर्थ्य अनुसार सहयोग किया , मैं आप सभी का बहुत-बहुत आभारी हूं । मुझे आशा और पूर्ण विश्वास है कि हम आगे भी इसी प्रकार मेहनत करेंगे और अपने अस्पताल का नाम रोशन करेंगे।
